How can I become a Tianshi Independent Consultant?

• You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
• Reside in a geographic area where Tianshi has been approved for to do business.
• Read and understand the Tianshi Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan.
• Submit an original signed Consultant Application Agreement in English to the Tianshi Customer Service department.
• Indicate a valid proof of residence.  (ie. U.S Social Security or Federal Tax ID number or a Canadian Social Insurance or Business Number)
• By making a small investment to your future and in return with that fee you will receive the TienSystem – the foundation to you business. 

How can I return or replace products?

• Only the Consultant who ordered the product from Tianshi may return it.

• You need to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) from the Customer Service Department. The RMA number must accompany all returned product.
• To avoid damage, use a proper shipping carton and packaging materials to return the product to Tianshi.  If necessary, the Independent Consultant will be responsible for tracing of the shipment.
• Include the original packing slip – this is a requirement for the return.

• If a Consultant returns product from a Retail Customer he/she must:

• Send the product to Tianshi within 10 days of receiving the product from the customer.
• The package must be accompanied by an explanation of why the customer is dissatisfied, a copy of the original sales receipt, and the unused portion in original packaging.

• Tianshi is not liable for items lost in shipping.

What languages do the customer service representatives speak?

• We have a sharp group of multi-lingual, English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese speaking, customer service specialists who are working hard to meet your needs.
• As the markets grow and demand is high for another language requirement, we will do our best to fulfill that need. 

If I am an International Tianshi Independent Consultant, how can I do business in North America without transferring?

• 1. Any International Tianshi Independent Consultant is allowed to do business in North America. Allowing them to purchase NA products, participate in promotions and incentives and apply for their own personal website from the Tianshi NA Head Office.
• 2. As an International Tianshi Independent Consultant you must provide your personal profile, including your: name, email address, overseas contact information. In addition, Tianshi requires you to clearly indicate the “residential” country within USA and Canada, and to provide an accurate address in the corresponding country.
• 3. Tianshi will provide the same service and support to an International Tianshi Independent Consultant as for local IC’s.
